XC Pacing Suite

Run Smarter. Every Rep, Every Mile.

Every runner has stood on a track wondering if that first 200 meters was too fast, or finished a long run with no real sense of whether they held pace the whole way. The XC Pacing Suite takes that guesswork out of training. Whether you're running quarters on the track or a 5K through the woods, the app gives you live, audible feedback — right on your wrist or in your pocket — telling you exactly where you stand against your goal pace, every step of the way.

For interval work, Track mode covers every distance from a 400 to a 3200: set your target time, choose how often you want a check-in — every 50 or 100 meters — and go. A beep and a buzz right on pace mean you never have to glance at a stopwatch mid-rep to know if you're on track. Just run, listen, and trust the feedback.

For longer efforts, XC mode uses real GPS tracking across 3K to 10K, with a live readout showing exactly how far ahead or behind your target pace you are, updated every 100 meters, plus an alert at every kilometer. Stop at a light or stumble, and Auto-Pause notices — picking the run back up the moment you're moving again, no fumbling with buttons mid-stride. And if you've got an Apple Watch, you don't even need your phone with you: GPS, alerts, and pacing all work right from your wrist.

The app doesn't stop tracking once you cross the line. Every run is saved to your personal history, broken down every 100 meters, so you can watch your consistency improve over a season. Watch runs go even further, capturing heart rate, calories, and VO₂ max — real fitness data, not just splits. Sync with your coach's device after practice, and your run — along with any feedback they leave you — flows automatically between your phone and theirs. Already on Strava? GPS runs from your Watch can show up there too, map included, with no extra steps once it's set up.

The best pacing plan only works if you actually run it — this app makes sure you do. Open it before every workout, trust the alerts, and let your coach's feedback close the loop.

FOR ATHLETES  —  iPhone & Apple Watch

Track Mode

  • 400m, 800m, 1600m, or 3200m — set a target time and get an audible + haptic alert every 50m or 100m, right on pace, every rep.

XC Mode

  • Real GPS tracking for 3K, 5K, 6K, 8K, and 10K, with a live “ahead / behind pace” readout updating every 100 meters, plus an alert at every kilometer.
  • Auto-pause detects a stop (a red light, a fallen shoe) and resumes tracking automatically once the runner is moving again.

Works Standalone on Apple Watch

  • Series 2 and later track a full run — GPS, haptics, pacing alerts — with no iPhone required. The screen stays visible throughout, even with the wrist down.

Every Run, Automatically Logged

  • Distance, time, and pace are recorded every 100 meters into a personal Run History, and can sync straight to the coach's iPad the next time athlete and coach are together.

FOR COACHES  —  iPhone / iPad

One Roster, Every Athlete's Data

  • Runs sync automatically from each athlete's iPhone when nearby — no manual file sharing, no spreadsheets. Every athlete's full history lives in one organized place.

Feedback That Reaches the Athlete

  • Review any run's full 100m-by-100m breakdown and leave a note directly on it — it syncs back to that athlete's phone automatically.

Pacing with real GPS training data... and a direct line from athlete to coach.

Connected apps that give runners precise, audible pacing feedback during a run, and give coaches a clear window into how the whole team is training.
